Satyam Enterprises Ludhiana [Punjab] is dealing in Personel Loan, Loan Against Property, Project Loan & Gold Loan. We Believe in fair dealing and prompt disbursement of founds on priority Basis. We are dealing all India Business and Serve to owner client at a very reasonable cost. Our Company process with all necessary Certificates.
We provide Loan Against Personal / Property / Gold / Mark sheet & Project Loan To Our Valuable Customer On Following Terms And Conditions at Minimum Rate Of Interest in Shortest Period.

Period of Loan

Maximum Period: 20 years in case of loan against property & Project Loan( in all other cases 10 years).
Minimum Period: Loan will be provided for at least 1 year.

Processing Fees

This amount is required to be paid by the borrower only after receiving offer for approval of the loan through Demand draft (DD) in favor of Satyam Enterprises Ludhiana [Punjab], payable at Ludhiana.

Time gap between loan apply date and disbursement date

10 days ( an approx ) in case of loan is within 200 Km from the location of company[if distance is more than 200 Km it will take 40 days (an approx)].

Nature of Property

All types of properties are accepted but it must be situated within India.

Guarantor

For the surety of loan granted, company will take guarantor according to amount of loan.
One in case loan of Rs. 5,00,000/- with a increase in number of guarantors for increase in amount of loan(whether Pvt. Ltd./ Government/ Property).
In case of Government & Pvt. Ltd. Guarantor, Official Undertaking Bond Page No. X2 in compulsory.

File Charges

This amount is required to be paid by the borrower at the time of filling application for the loan

Refunding of File Charges and Processing Fees

Loan application will be considered as cancelled and further File Charges and Processing fees both will not be refunded in case Offer Latter has been issued by the company or the applicant as been failed to comply with the condition for giving loan within stipulated time.
